12DAYSSuperGold and SuperGold Middle School
SuperGold is Ken's 12-day flagship in Pennsylvania for committed teen wrestlers; many college coaches recruit at camp. SuperGold Middle School is the same 12 days for wrestlers entering grades 6–8, in a small group with more personal attention.

For high school wrestlers: 6 days (Pennsylvania or Ohio) or a modified 5-day camp (Pennsylvania only). Mat time built around scoring: sharper setups, cleaner finishes, chain attacks, plus real work on top and bottom.

6/5DAYSMiddle School Gold Medal Training Camp
A step above Kids Training Camp for serious wrestlers entering grades 6–8: 6 days (Pennsylvania or Ohio) or a modified 5-day camp (Pennsylvania only). Attend without a parent, or commute and stay with a parent.
4DAYSTechnique Camp
Four days for middle and high school wrestlers, in Pennsylvania or Ohio. Scoring from neutral, top and bottom, with no technique overload: just a clear system to attack, defend, ride and escape.
Train. Eat. Rest. Repeat.
Resident campers get four-star hotel accommodations, three meals a day and supervision. Commuters get the training and meals. Camp is highly supervised, with an 8:1 staff-to-camper ratio.
- 7 a.m. in the weight roomStructured weight training is a standard opt-in part of camp. Camp counselors lead 7 a.m. workouts throughout the week in the weight rooms at Spooky Nook.
- A hot breakfastThree meals a day, starting with a hot breakfast buffet. Campers, counselors and coaches eat together.
- Sharper techniqueOlympians and NCAA champions teach in small groups. Then your wrestler drills each move until the details are right, from the setup to the finish.
- Live wrestlingLive wrestling every day against partners who push back. By the end of camp, a close third period is something they've felt plenty of times.
- Evening speakersEvening guest speakers and sports-science seminars teach recovery and nutrition, so your wrestler knows how to keep improving long after camp.
- Lights out at 10 p.m.Assigned counselors take roll at every session and run bed checks every night. Lights out at 10 p.m.
