The Partners
Two Partners. One Builder. A working firm.
Vision Genesis is built around two veteran operators paired with an AI-native builder and a specialized agent swarm. The Partners hold the operating judgment. The Builder ships the systems. The agents do the work that doesn’t need a human in the loop.

Three founder ventures · Two Fortune-50 careers · One operator patternI’ve spent two decades watching good businesses bleed time and margin in places their owners couldn’t quite see — not because the owner missed it, but because they were too close to the work to step back and look. That’s the gap this firm exists to close.
I spent nearly 20 years running large-scale finance operations at two best-in-class companies. ExxonMobil. Iron Mountain. I’ve built teams, led transformations, managed through crises, and helped shape decisions that mattered — to the bottom line and the humans that stewarded it.
What’s less obvious from the polished bio is the bench underneath it. Before the Fortune-50 work, I built and ran my own things. An e-commerce platform for four years. A restaurant I owned for two. One of those is on the wall as a credential. The other folded — as many restaurants do. I keep them both. The pattern recognition you build watching a business actually live or die is different from the pattern recognition you build inside an enterprise.
AI is under-hyped. The change is happening faster than most of us think. In early 2025 I started building Vision Genesis — a fully autonomous AI agent system, grounded in Human First ethics, built on local infrastructure. Not a demo. Not a prototype. A live, operating system. Specialized agents assessing and developing market strategies, iterating on product and service offerings, generating outreach, and co-building an AI management and advisory firm. Running 24/7.
I didn’t build it for fun. I built it with a conviction: AI should make people more capable, not obsolete. And the AIs that assist us should be trained on human-first ethics. We use this framework to design and deploy AI for clients — built for their specific operation, their pain points, and their opportunities.

Partner — Hospitality Anchor
Dan Goss
30 years in hospitality · Concierge App co-founderDan is a thirty-year veteran of restaurant and hospitality operations — the kind of operator who has run the floor, run the kitchen, and run the books for real businesses where the margins are thin and the customer is in the room. That pattern recognition does not come from a deck. It comes from doing the work for decades.
Dan anchors the hospitality vertical at Vision Genesis. When a restaurant, hotel, or venue operator engages us, Dan is the operator in the room — translating between owner reality and what the system needs to do to actually help. He is also co-founding the Concierge App with Ryan: a social-dining venture grounded in real operating experience on both sides of the table.
The two-Partner threshold matters. It means the firm has more than one veteran operator carrying the weight, and clients are not buying a single founder’s capacity — they are buying a paired operating practice.
